Akai dating Haibara's older sister didn't come up, except for a tiny line he gives Jodie about Haibara 'this girl doesn't need to see me yet'. a second plotline is still dangling.

how Haibara's mom n dad's project(s) started this whole thing, as Vermouth stated to 'real' Haibara before Ran hopped out of the trunk. that third plotline is up in the air.

did the sniper Calvados actually shoot himself or did a quiet BO operative off him? i doubt Akai really searched him perfectly and perhaps Akai missed a holdout pistol.

well that's all the loose ends i can think of.

oh, did you notice Jodie's car was left-hand drive as well? probably a Peugeot. their emblem is a heraldic lion. the art department probably fudged Jodie's car's front grill emblem on purpose. i can barely tell it is a cat rearing up on it's hind legs.

Can't take it this episode is too good! Like you can't find one episode with this many incredible plot twists in any other show. The way they tied together the Vermouth arc and kept making you think that Jodie was Vermouth making it so mind-blowing was dare I say perfect. I may say the things I say but this is peak fiction idc. This is definitely one of, if not the best episode is this show it is just absolutely wild. Idk if anything can beat watching this episode for the first time. Like, even knowing all of the plot twists ahead of time, this episode and while arc in general is still so fun to watch idk how they managed that. Like I'm still somehow mind blown even knowing everything that happens, idk how thats even possible

Sounds about right for what‘s about to happen this episode. I wont spoil though. But it is one of my favourites, wont revisit though 2 long. Maybe when I rewatch the series.
